Before and Now: A Garden in Progress

When we purchased the home in 2020, there wasn't much to work with. A spirea and a forsythia to be exact. 

Before: The backyard was in worse shape than the front. Overgrown, many invasive weeds and a dilapidated garage. 

Now: This is front August 2024. Many of the garden beds have filled in, the lawn is gone and things are blooming. 

Now: In the backyard, we expanded all of the gardens, added raised beds, replaced the old garage and built out new decks and a pathway.

Now: The back gardens are changing regularly. This image from June 2024 gives you a glimpse into how lush and green it's becoming. A work-in-progress.
